Online Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made online at ajeworld.com.au for Aje and AJE ATHLETICA.

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Aje, as we operate as separate entities.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from Aje Online.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within twenty one (21) days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Aje without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

Aje does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout.

Please Note: We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused and cancelled.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

SALE, PROMOTIONS & FINAL SALE

Items purchased during a promotion are eligible for return for a full refund. Items purchased on markdown (outside a promotion) are eligible for a Store Credit, provided that the item meets our conditions of return.

We do not offer exchanges, store credits or refunds on FINAL SALE merchandise unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description as required by Australian Consumer Law.

WELCOME CODE

All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or store credit.

EXCHANGES

Sadly, we cannot facilitate exchanges via our website for Aje or AJE ATHLETICA. We invite you to visit your local Aje boutique. Should they have the item available, you are able to process an exchange in store with us. Alternatively, we invite you to send your item back for a credit note so you are able to place a new order.

JEWELLERY AND SHOES

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers may not be returned and are non-refundable.

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are apologetic and understand this is a disappointing shopping experience. If something you have received is not in perfect condition, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to .
