Online Delivery Delays

Due to high demand over the Black Friday promotional period, we are experiencing delays in fulfilling your online orders.

At this stage, we can confirm that orders placed between 24th November and 7th December will be shipped by December 17th.

We are doing everything we can to work through the backlog as fast as possible which includes 3 shifts a day running 24 hours a day, including weekends. We understand this is not good enough for some customers and want to offer you some visibility on what we are doing from our end.

Guaranteed delivery before Christmas is now closed.

Due to the large number of orders taken over Black Friday and the subsequent delays our Customer Service team have been inundated with orders. They are working around the clock to respond to every single enquiry, however we understand this is taking far too long. If you have contacted our Customer Service and are waiting for a reply, we will be responding as soon as possible.

I want to know how long my order will be and how I can track my order status.

You will receive email notifications as and when your orders move through different stages of fulfilment. The first email notification you will receive is when your order has been processed which means our team have packed your order and have it ready for Australia Post to collect. From here you will receive a second email once Australia Post have collected the order. Once the parcel is with Australia Post you will be assigned an active tracking link where you can access the estimated delivery date. This link is available via the email and also via our online chat function on our website.

I want my order before Christmas.

As of 8th December we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
