Disappointed customer

I recently purchased this dress to wear to an event at the Australian Open. Before I’d even left the hotel where we’re staying, one button dropped off. Fortunately one of the guests noticed it in the ground and fs e it to me. Throughout the course of the evening I lost another two buttons. The buttons were very poorly sewn into this particular dress. I emailed customer support three weeks ago and have had no response at all. After no response I took it upon myself to re sew all of the buttons. I agree with the review above me about the belt being too small for the size of the dress. I hope this review will receive a response.

I’m relatively short but found this dress length to be good. The fabric is good and doesn’t crease when wearing. The belt is a bit tight for the size and the three clips at the back can be adjusted but the it because 4 clips with one looking different to the others. Overall a good wear.
